Who we are

Artymys, a brand name of ICDSCA (AGENCE INTERNATIONALE DE SOUTIEN & COORDINATION DE LA PROTECTION CIVILE S.A.) provides a technology platform dedicated to the needs of civil protection and humanitarian aid, that enable eligible organizations (sellers and buyers) across the globe to offer, sell and buy products and services relevant to civil protection and humanitarian aid matters within a closed and protected electronic B2B global trading and match-making platform. Our services may only be used by organizations and their representatives for business use and not for individual consumers or for personal use.

What is Personal Data

“Personal data” means any information or pieces of information that could identify a natural person either directly (e.g., your name) or indirectly (e.g., through pseudonymized data such as a unique ID number). This means that personal data includes things like email, home addresses, mobile phone, usernames, profile pictures, etc. It could also include unique numerical identifiers like your computer’s IP address or your mobile device’s MAC address, as well as cookies.

How and What Personal Data We Collect

We collect certain types of personal data, in order to provide and continually improve our products and services.

Such personal data may be collected in different ways, such as when a prospective user starts the enrolment process and apply for a user account with us, sign up for products and/or services by telephone, the Internet, or e-mail, a prospective user is interested in our services and/or promotional offers, a person responds to our emails, telephones, questionnaires, surveys, or request forms.

When card data is processed, such data will only be processed in accordance with the strict Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) requirements in an encrypted form.

Data Retention Period

We will retain personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. If we store data on the basis of a contractual relationship with you, this data will be stored for at least as long as the contractual relationship exists and as long as the limitation period for possible claims by us or legal or contractual storage obligations. If your user account is closed, we reserve our ability to retain and access certain data for so long as required to comply with applicable laws, card schemes, or other payment methods providers’ rules or other public or private regulations.
