What can I return?

You should be able to return almost all new, unopened items purchased from our sellers usually within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Some sellers may offer their own return policies – you will see this in the Returns section on the product information pages.

How do I apply for a return?

You can request a return through your customer account here in our marketplace. The information you provide will be forwarded directly to the seller you've purchased the product from and they will respond to you in a timely manner.

When will I get my refund?

Usually within 2-3 weeks, but most refunds are fully processed in 3-5 working days after the seller has received your return.
